Deliver your Adobe PDF files via e-mail or the Web - no more waiting for interoffice or overnight mail! Anyone on any platform can read your files using free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Acrobat Messenger is the fast and easy way to send paper-based information to everyone on your distribution list!

Convert paper documents into digital files. With Adobe Acrobat Messenger software, you can convert all types of paper documents into digital files. Simply put the document in your scanner, press Start, and Acrobat Messenger does the rest. As Adobe PDF files, your paper documents become electronic documents that are easy to archive, search, and retrieve. If you want to share a photo with others or include it in another document, just select the photo setting, and your image is automatically converted to JPEG format.

Preview and mark your electronic documents. Acrobat Messenger lets you send documents with the confidence that recipients can read them with ease. When you work with Adobe PDF documents, you can preview them onscreen and can make changes instantly without rescanning. Crop or delete pages, rotate pages that were scanned upside down, or rearrange pages that are out of order. If you'd like to offer comments or draw attention to a particular part of the page, you can annotate it with electronic sticky notes, stamps, pencil marks, or if you're concerned about confidentiality, you can choose to hide the on-screen preview altogether. Acrobat Messenger gives you the flexibility to send exactly what you want when you want, quick and efficient.

With Acrobat Messenger, you can deliver to everyone on your distribution list in one simple step. There are six delivery options. You can your documents as e-mail attachments. When you have a large internal distribution, post your document to the embedded Web server and notify recipients by e-mail. Choose the Express option if you'd like to have the file open and waiting for you on your desktop when you return to your office. Save your file to a removable disk, print to a local printer, or even fax to a standard fax machine. Choose one delivery option or choose them all - then press Send. No copying, no stapling, no envelope stuffing, no hassle. You save delivery expenses, and your colleagues don't have to wait.
